The required services include the performance of an annual maintenance inspection; testing of the electric- automatic entrance doors, gates, blinds, conveying system; semi-annual maintenance inspection of the electro- hydraulic bleachers, bars, barriers and bollards; annual maintenance inspection and TUEV-approval of a climbing wall; and emergency on-call repairs in the Clay Kaserne, within the USAG Wiesbaden.
Emergency on-call repairs shall also be performed 24 hours a day to include Saturdays, Sundays and Local Holidays.

Subject Solicitation will be issued on or about 07 Nov 2012 with a proposed offer due date on or about 21 Nov 2012, Central European TIme (CET).
