Notification of Department of Defense Vendor Communication Plan:

The Department of Defense Vendor Communication Plan is now posted in the DFARS PGI at 215.2 under the Policy tab. The Vendor Communication Plan was developed to reinforce the Department's policy of promoting increased dialogue with the vendor community prior to awarding contracts. The plan details the benefits of increased communication as well as methods of promoting open communication with industry to improve acquisition results.
