Kim is alone in her room, lying awake in bed. She is feeling sick after Martín’s party. “Ooooh, I don’t feel so good,” she says to herself. Unable to sleep, she begins to think about the party and what really happened. We see images and hear sounds from the party to indicate Kim’s thoughts. As flashes of the party replay in her mind, Kim’s clouded memory tries to recall the night, and she asks herself the following questions. “Why did I drink so much?” Kim can’t remember all the details and wonders, “Did we play it safe?” Images of people dancing and laughing appear as she thinks about the night, but she can’t remember any more. Upset, Kim says, “Why did I hook up with him? I don’t know what I did. I really blew it this time.” Her voice turns into a mumble. Then, she wonders, “What are people going to say about me?” The clip ends with an image of Kim sitting by herself with her head down. The narrator summarizes: “Does Kim know that drinking and getting high can affect more than one night of her life?” The screen changes to explain that the d’cisions Webisode series is brought to you by NIDA, the National Institute on Drug Abuse.
