The National Council of Asian Pacific Americans (NCAPA) presents the first in a webinar series focusing on the fiscal cliff and the implications that the combination of tax increases and automatic-spending cuts will have on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders. This webinar provided an overview of the fiscal cliff, highlighted which health programs will be affected and described the impact such cuts will have on vulnerable communities and service providers.
