Accessibility

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is committed to providing access to our electronic and information technology (EIT) for individuals with disabilities.

To meet this commitment, we will comply with the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.  Section 508 requires that USCIS provide disabled federal employees and members of the public access to and use of USCIS information that is comparable to access available for individuals without disabilities unless such access would create an undue burden on the agency.

If the format of any material on USCIS web sites or software applications interferes with your ability to access the information, due to a disability as defined in the Rehabilitation Act, please email the webmaster at uscis.webmaster@dhs.gov. You may also contact the USCIS National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 or 1-800-767-1833 (TDD for the hearing impaired).

To enable us to respond in a manner most helpful to you, please indicate the nature of your accessibility problem, the preferred format in which to receive the material, the location of the material with which you are having difficulty, and your contact information.
