Use the following numbers to get information on SNAP benefit questions in the States and areas of States listed. Most are toll-free numbers. Some of the numbers that aren't toll free will accept collect calls. * Indicates numbers are for in-State and out-of-State calls. All other 800 numbers are for in-State calls only. ** Indicates numbers accept collect calls.

Iowa Ombudsman handles complaints for all agencies.

New Hampshire Client advocate number has both a local and toll free number.
Oklahoma Customer service and client advocate phone numbers are not toll free.
Pennsylvania Operates a statewide call center for SNAP customers with questions. The toll-free number is 1-877-395-8930. In addition, Philadelphia operates a Change Center for SNAP customers with questions. The number is 215-560-7226.
Puerto Rico All numbers are toll free. *Familia en Contacto (Family in Contact): Pre-screening for NAP benefits, questions about the NAP Program, complaints will be received but not handled; they will be routed to the NAP State Agency. **Same services as above, but this line is for the hearing impaired.  ***EBT line (Electronic Benefit Transfer): For all calls related to participant’s EBT card.
Texas and Utah Customer Service numbers are toll free in-state.
Virgin Islands Clients who are not satisfied with information from the customer service phone number contact one of the following office supervisor for assistance with issues. St. Thomas 340-774-0930; Christiansted 340-772-2323; Frederiksted 340-772-0068
