The G4 is responsible for the development of logistics plans, policies, and logistics staff oversight for the 1st Infantry Division. The Installation Materiel Management Center (IMMC) falls under the G4 and supports both the units on Fort Riley and brigades of the 1st Infantry Division. DAC civilians, retirees, and active duty Family members are currently authorized to eat in the Dining Facilities.
