Acute Health Effects: From MSDS
Inhalation: Inhaling small doses of aerosolized material would not be expected to result in symptoms. Eye Contact: The unscented (F1088) form of Ban Roll On Antiperspirant has been tested for eye irritation. It is considered to be a mild eye irritant. Skin Contact: Toxic--There is no information concerning the potential of this material to produce symptoms after skin contact. Irritation--It may have potential to cause mild irritation, however, moderate or severe irritation is not expected. Sensitization--The unscented form (F1088) and one scented form (F2922) did not show contact sensitizing potential in human clinical studies. Under normal conditions of use and exposure Ban Roll On Antiperspirants are not contact sensitizers. Ingestion: Inadvertent ingestion of trace amounts of this material would not be expected to result in symptoms. Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Exposure: Skin rash.
Chronic Health Effects: From MSDS
Health effects have not been evaluated (carcinogenicity, mutagenicity, teratogenicity, or reproductive effects). It is unlikely that the product causes chronic health effects under normal usage conditions. No target organs have been identified.
