March 20, 2013 – Webinar: FHA Appraisal Frequently Asked Questions.  This FREE webinar addresses the most common questions FHA receives from appraisers specific to completing residential appraisals for FHA-insured mortgage purposes.  Topics will cover a diverse blend of questions ranging from  new construction, property inspection requirements, to the FHA Appraiser Roster.  Appraisers with all levels of experience will benefit from this course. March 27, 2013:  The FHA Appraisal. This FREE one-day class in Denver, CO discusses FHA appraisal requirements including FHA Appraisal Protocol, updates to FHA appraisal policy, as well as equips attendees with the knowledge to determine property eligibility. This course provides a refresher to seasoned FHA appraisers, as well as provides valuable information to appraisers new to the FHA roster. Attendees will receive 7-hours of continuing education acceptable for the State of Colorado appraisal licensing requirements. There will be the opportunity for advanced interaction through the use of smart phones and/or tablets so please bring along if you'd like to participate. Electronic Class (EClass) on FHA Loss Mitigation & Servicing System: The EClass System provides additional training on FHA's Loss Mitigation Programs, including FHA's Home Affordable Modification Program (FHA-HAMP), as well as continuing education on loss mitigation & servicing issues that have generated the most industry questions & requests for further training.
