They assist with physical and emotional needs - enabling a person to achieve greater independence, confidence, and happiness overall. 95% of donations go directly to the training and placement of service and seizure response dogs with children and adults throughout the country. PET THERAPY JENNIFER'S NEWS ADOPT A PUPPY BY THE NUMBERS Canine Assistants is excited about our special relationship with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. We now have three wonderful dogs that are full time at CHOA Hospitals, providing therapy for patients, their families, and even hospital staff members. Dogs are amazing at calming fears and providing comfort.
