Scott Beadle

Scott Beadle is based in Fort Worth, Texas, and joined the National Archives in June 2011. He came to the Federal Government from the private sector where he held positions in project management, account management, healthcare industry sales, and customer service. Prior to his private sector business experience, Scott served eight years in the United States Air Force as a missileer and satellite communications officer. Cindy Belcastro

Cindy Belcastro is based in College Park, Maryland, and joined the National Archives and Records Administration in December 2011. Prior to that, she spent twelve years with Iron Mountain in account management and customer service. Prior to her private sector business experience, Cindy served four years active duty and twelve years in the reserves as a Store keeper in the United States Navy. Arthur Hawkins

Arthur Hawkins is based in College Park, Maryland, and joined the National Archives and Records Administration in June 2012. Arthur brings nearly 20 years of private sector sales, customer service, and sales management experience to NARA. Before joining NARA, Arthur worked for 14 years at the Hearst Corporation. His background also includes 8 years of broadcast engineering and operations experience with WFTY (now CW 50) in Washington DC, WJZ TV 13 in Baltimore, and KYTV 3 in Philadelphia. Ron Mitchell

Ron Mitchell is based in College Park, Maryland, and joined the National Archives in March 2010. He came to the Federal Government from the private sector where he held positions in finance management, sales management, and customer service as a Senior Partner for a national retail chain. Prior to his private sector business experience, he served as an Intelligence Analyst in the United States Marine Corps. Pam Northern

Pam Northern is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and joined the National Archives and Records Administration in December 2010. She came to the Federal Government from the private sector where she held positions in sales, account management, customer service, and recruiting. Prior to her private sector business experience, Pam served as a Medical Specialist in the United States Army. Andrea Scherer

Andrea Scherer is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and joined the National Archives in January 2011. She comes to NARA with more than twelve years of experience in the finance and mortgage banking field and seven years of experience in real estate sales. In addition to her experience in the private sector, Andrea is a retired Army Officer who served in Operation Desert Storm, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Operation Enduring Freedom. More recently, Andrea served as a Senior Logistics Engineer for the Army coordinating, planning, and publishing the Continuity of Operations (COOP) plan. Scott Thompson

Scott Thompson is based in Riverside, California, and joined the National Archives in January 2011. He has spent the past 15 years in progressive leadership roles in the recruitment and staffing industry, where his responsibilities included account development and retention, business process analysis, systems enhancement, and client satisfaction measurement. Dave Williams

Dave Williams is based in Chicago, Illinois, and joined the National Archives in June 2011. He spent the previous eight years in the private sector gaining wide-ranging experience in account management, human relations, marketing, operations, and customer service. He is excited to be using the skills he developed as a civilian in support of our government.
