Postpermanency Services
Once children have been placed with potentially permanent families, support is often needed to stabilize the new family. This is true in the case of reunification, adoption, guardianship, and placements with relatives. Postpermanency services may include financial support, case management, connections with community services, and others. Resources include State and local examples.
