The listings under "References from the Private Sector" in Vol. I, No. I of FOIA Update at page 5 should be corrected and supplemented as follows:
1. Access Reports. The statement that Access Reports "contains summaries of selected recent cases but not the complete text" was misleading. The quoted statement is true of the biweekly newsletter of Access Reports, but the Reference File of Access Reports does contain full texts of major court decisions.
2. Davis, Kenneth Culp, the 1980 Supplement to the Administrative Law Treatise, which contains an update on FOIA, is now available for $20.00. (Published by K.C. Davis, The School of Law, University of San Diego, San Diego, California 92110).
3. Marwick, Christine M., editor, Litigation under the Amended Federal Freedom of Information Act. A 5th edition is now available. The price is $21 or $7 for non-profit public interest organizations, law students, and law faculty.
