New Podcast: Changing Perceptions of Trafficked Youth
NCFY's newest Voices From the Field podcast features a conversation with Malika Saada Saar, founder and executive director of The Rebecca Project, an organization in Washington, DC, that combats sex trafficking.
Saar and her organization are at the forefront of a movement to raise public awareness of sex trafficking. The first step in combating this crime, Saar says, is for youth workers and others to correct the common misconception that trafficked girls are "bad."
