The following agencies and offices provide compliance resources for small businesses:

• USAID Library

  Directory and contact information listing for USAID staff in the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Businesses.

• Information for Small Businesses about Subcontracting
  A brief fact sheet on what small businesses should know about contract regulations and documentation as well as the general practice and benefits of subcontracting.

• USAID Small Business Resource/Vendor Database
  U.S. small businesses register into the database to compete for future contracts. The Agency will utilize the registration form to develop source lists for various contracts awarded at USAID. The purpose of the SBRD is to: Identify U.S. small businesses and organizations and their technical capabilities and to provide U.S. small businesses' and organizations' capabilities to USAID project and procurement personnel considering the use of private sector technical services for USAID programs.

• USAID Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business
  The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization and Minority Resource Center (OSDBU/MRC) is the initial point of contact at USAID for U.S. small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses and service-disabled Veteran-owned small businesses. OSDBU/MRC is a small business advocacy and advisory office with the responsibility for ensuring that these enterprises receive access to USAID programs. This website contains links and contact information to such programs.

• Portal for Doing Business with USAID
  The USAID Business site is your one-stop place for finding important information on doing business with USAID through acquisition and assistance programs. Contracts, grants, cooperative agreements and purchase orders are outlined as some of the instruments which are negotiated and signed worldwide by USAID to attain agency objectives.
