How can my family take part in BodyWorks?

To find upcoming BodyWorks programs in your area, please visit Find trainings, programs, and trainers. If you can't locate an upcoming program or a trainer in your area, please keep checking the BodyWorks website as the Office on Women's Health (OWH) plans to bring this program to your community in the near future.

OWH also offers several resources for both parents and adolescents on healthy eating, physical activity, and other health-related issues. Please visit womenshealth.gov and girlshealth.gov for more information.

  • Nutrition and physical activity resources for families
  • Online Survey for Parents/Caregivers: Shattuck & Associates is working with OWH to evaluate the BodyWorks program. We are surveying parents/caregivers who participated in BodyWorks since 2010 to find out about their experiences with the program. The survey will take about 10 minutes and can be completed online. We will be sending postcards and emails to invite parents and caregivers to participate. Please encourage parents/caregivers that you know to participate. They can visit: www.surveymonkey.com/s/BodyWorksParents.

Please contact us if you have any questions about the evaluation or survey: bodyworks@shattuckandassociates.com, or toll free at 1-888-829-1777.
