The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is publishing a final rule amending the official commentary that interprets the requirements of the Bureau's Regulation C to reflect a change in the asset-size exemption threshold for banks, savings associations, and credit unions based on the annual percentage change in the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers.

The Audio Division, at the request of Appalachian Broadcasting Company, Inc., allots Channel 265A at Maysville, Georgia, as the community's second local service. A staff engineering analysis confirms that Channel 265A can be allotted to Maysville consistent with the minimum distance separation requirements of the Rules with a site restriction 13.4 kilometers northwest of the community.
