English Translation:

Damaged Buildings

The following is an important public health announcement about your safety when entering damaged buildings. Enter damaged buildings during the daytime so you can see any dangers. Wear protective clothing during cleanup, like gloves, goggles and boots. Cover your nose and mouth to avoid breathing in dust. Be careful when moving building materials and rubble -- things may move or fall, injuring you. Leave the building immediately if you hear unusual noises. These tips can save lives….Be Safe.
