Baldrige Board of Overseers Report

The year 2011 was highlighted by some significant accomplishments by the Baldrige Program and its community.

 
The 2011 Board of Overseers report presents these accomplishments in the following key areas:
 

• Business Model Innovation..Baldrige 2.0
• Educating America’s Executives
• Transforming Health Care Outcomes
• Engaging with Our Communities
• Product and Service Excellence
• Sharing Success Stories Across the Nation

The report also highlights each of the four 2011 Award recipients – Concordia Publishing House, Henry Ford Health System, Schneck Medical Center, and Southcentral Foundation. We look forward to recognizing and showcasing these outstanding  organizations at the Quest for Excellence Conference in April 2012.
 
The Program’s accomplishments would not be possible without the tremendous support of the entire Baldrige community. We look forward to working together with our partners and stakeholders in 2012 to ensure the future sustainability of the Program.
