Synopsis: E70448X - The Expo Group

The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure booth rental and setup services from The Expo Group on a sole source basis. The Society for Neuroscience Conference (SFN) will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, LA on October 10-18, 2012 and SFN only uses The Expo Group for general services contracting for Neuroscience 2012 and has a 4 year contract that started in 2009, with this year being the last year.

The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for information purposes only.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration by the agency demonstrating an ability to provide these or equivalent services. Capability statements are due to the Contracting Officer listed in this announcement no later than August 17, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. EST.
