Headquarters, Europe Regional Dental Command

The Europe Regional Dental Command (ERDC) is headquartered at Nachrichten Kaserne in Heidelberg, Germany. The ERDC is one of five major subordinate commands to the United States Army Dental Command (DENCOM), headquartered at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. A full range of comprehensive dental services, to include specialty care, is offered to active duty personnel, and on a space available basis to other than active duty personnel (as per Army Regulation 40-3). The ERDC is responsible for exercising command and control, administrative and logistical support for three subordinate dental activities (DENTACs); the Landstuhl DENTAC, the Heidelberg DENTAC, and the Bavaria DENTAC. The ERDC has 20 Dental Clinics located throughout Germany, Italy and Belgium. Together we are 3 DENTACs with 1 single mission. Our mission is to provide Warrior focused oral health care with an exceptional team of professionals, dedicated to excellence and unified in service.
