Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. is a private, non-profit service delivery agency servicing Eastern North Carolina and Durham. The Agency is governed by a Board of Trustees representing a cross-section of residents from the area with services provided by a staff of qualified professionals.

Coastal Horizons Center was recently recognized with a Program of Excellence Award for Prevention, Outreach and Wellness for its substance abuse prevention services.
