The materials digitized for this collection are held by several institutions in Utah, Nevada, and Idaho. Questions about the original materials and requests for reproductions or permission to use in commercial projects should be referred to the individual institutions. In American Memory, the owning institution is identified under the label Repository in the bibliographic display for each item.

In addition to knowing which institution holds the item you are interested in, note down the title. Your request may be easier to fulfil if you can also provide other identifying information from the record, such as:
