Play it Smart. Alcohol and Pregnancy Don't Mix!

Welcome to the National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (NOFAS) website where you can find information and resources on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) and the risks associated with drinking alcohol during pregnancy. Learn about the many facets of FASD and how NOFAS works to prevent the disorders and support individuals living with alcohol-related birth defects. To stay connected, sign-up for the NOFAS Weekly Roundup using the form in the right column of this page. Please consider supporting the NOFAS mission with a tax-deductible contribution.
