How can I learn more about the discontinuance of telecommunications service?

There are important steps for consumers and companies when service is ending.  

If you are a consumer and your phone company mailed you a letter informing you that it plans to discontinue your service soon, there is guidance and answers to your questions to help you with your next steps.
