New Report Shows Value of Our Network's Pre-Purchase Housing Counseling and Education
In a new report, Experian and Neil Mayer and Associates find that clients receiving pre-purchase counseling and education from NeighborWorks organizations are one-third less likely to become 90+ days delinquent than borrowers who do not receive pre-purchase counseling from NeighborWorks organizations.

NeighborWorks America and, Wells Fargo Help 1,600 Successfully Buy Homes through ‘LIFT’ Programs
With the support of Wells Fargo Housing Foundation, NeighborWorks America and its affiliates are offering downpayment assistance and homebuyer education to communities affected by the housing crisis. So far, more than 1,600 people have become homebuyers through the program.
