Shipping and Delivery
The NIEHS restricts delivery of all supplies and equipment to a Central Receiving Warehouse with several exceptions.

Labeling Instructions:
The packing slip, delivery label, and order must include the recipient's name and building/room number. The recipient or ordering official's name on the package is critically important to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Delivery must be made to the following central location:

Regular mail is delivered to and distributed by NIEHS Central Mailroom.
Packages that only include documents (not supplies or equipment) may be delivered by overnight delivery couriers (such as Federal Express, DHL, Airborne, and others) as described below:
- Destination NIEHS Campus: packages are delivered to the Central Mailroom and delivered twice daily.

Items requiring special handling, installation, or warranty guarantee requirements may be directly delivered if approved in advance by the Chief, Facilities Engineering Branch or the Chief, Administrative Services Branch.
