Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Are custom applications only for large projects or large amounts of data?
A:  No, IT custom solutions can be for any size project or any amount of data.   If an off-the-shelf product does not provide a solution, a custom application may be the answer.  A simple custom application might solve a complex problem, or a complex, detailed approach may be the only solution for a simple problem.  Of course the time line and costs will vary depending on the type of project and amount of effort.  One of our Project Managers will be happy to meet with you to assess the problem and work with you to identify an appropriate and effective custom solution.

Q:  How do I automate our manual process?
A:  Our experienced team of IT professionals will work with you to identify the as-is manual process and suggest added functionality within the new automated system.  We will assess your business problem, document all requirements, assist with designing a user interface, and develop and implement the resulting IT custom application.  We will help you organize your current data and then transfer it to your new system.  Of course we will offer you training in your new system.   This is all part of the Custom Application Development process.
