The Office of the Director provides overall DCB management and planning, including administrative and financial functions. It coordinates the establishment of new activities and the work of laboratories, center, sections, and group to encourage and ensure appropriate cooperation and integration of effort. It also coordinates DCB programs with other parts of CIT and the NIH ICs, as well as other government agencies and research institutions.
