NThe Nanomedicine Center for Nucleoprotein Machines is supported by the US National Institutes of Health Common Fund. It is one of the four multi-institutional Nanomedicine Development Centers. Other centers currently in the program focus on mechanobiology, protein folding, and optical control of biological function,. The expected center lifetime runs through 2015.
