Name	FACS Core Facility (Experimental Transplantation and Immunology Branch, CCR)
Expertise	The ETIB FACS Core provides comprehensive flow and image cytometry services to ETIB investigators and to a number of other CCR branches. The FACS Core offers several unique optical technologies, including full-spectrum flow cytometry. These technologies are available to other laboratories both within and outside the NCI, as needed.

Expertise	1) aseptic, high purity, high-speed cell sorting; 2) multiparametric analyses, including use of software developed in the facility for automated cluster analysis; 3) real-time kinetic analyses of calcium flux; and 4) rare event analysis, particularly for the study of stem cell and progenitor populations.

Name	CCR-Frederick Flow Cytometry Core Facility (Cancer Inflammation Program, CCR)
Expertise	Immunophenotyping; apoptosis assays; cell cycle analysis and sorting; phenotyping of cells in proliferation assay.
Location	Building 560, Room 31-54, NCI-Frederick
Fee Structure	Note: Access is limited to CCR-Frederick investigators. Priority is given to Cancer and Inflammation Program (CIP) investigators and their collaborators.

Expertise	Fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS) flow cytometry and analysis, as well as support for infectious cell sorting (HIV, SIV, HTLV).

Expertise	Analysis of the characteristics of T cells that used for adoptive immunotherapy in patients as well as murine T cells used for mouse tumor model systems.

Expertise	Develops and provides specialized diagnostic procedures using cytometric techniques as a clinical service and also conducts translational research into the mechanisms of lymphomagenesis.
