Elementary Outreach Program at the NCI-Frederick - The Elementary Outreach Program provides the opportunity for elementary school students to receive supplemental science training through hands-on experiences. The program is supported by the NCI-Frederick and its' system of support contractors who have entered into a formal partnership agreement with the Frederick County Public School System.
