I would like to obtain the instruments used in the article A Population-Based Assessment of Specialty Physician Involvement in Cancer Clinical Trials that are available at http://www.cancors.org/public but i don´t have internet. Can anyone help me.

Hi--we checked with the CanCORS program staff. The link that you posted is the correct one for accessing the CanCORS instruments. All you have to do is sign up by providing some basic information (e-mail and institution). Once the preliminary page is completed, the website allows you toacces the pdf documents for downloading and printing. If internet access is difficult, perhaps you might ask someone to sign-up on your behalf?

Thanks a lot. Te problem is that I´m behind a proxy server and I can´t access that site. Can you give some contact email, maybe the process can be done by email, and a i need the pdf documents.
