News & Announcements
- Management and Supervision Resident Component for current enrollees of the distance learning course. Course dates: Tuesday, April 30, 8am – Thursday, May 9, 11:30am. Travel codes will be available in early April. Hotel reservations have already been made at the Homewood Suites next to NWSTC. You may call ADTRAV and set up your flights. Rental cars are NOT authorized. Course enrollees have more details available on the course Google Site. (02/15/13)
- VISIT has announced their schedule of live teletraining sessions through March. The next VISIT Satellite Chat sessions are February 13 and March 27. All VISIT teletraining is listed on the Training Events Planning Calendar. (02/12/13)
- The Warning Decision Training Branch has announced the publication of operator training on Radar Data Acquisition Unit (RDA)/Radar Product Generator (RPG) Build 13.1. The training focuses on updates to the RPG dual-polarization algorithms and the Two Dimensional Velocity Dealiasing Algorithm (2D-VDA). - The NWSTC has announced that the WSR 88D Dual POL Maintenance - R4DP6 class for 11/28-12/05 has been rescheduled to 03/07/2013 - 03/14/2013. (12/03/12)
