The email must include an explanation of the requested change(s) and your contact information. The list is updated quarterly (January, April, July, October), and all update requests should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the end of the quarter in which you are requesting the update.

Providers on the list are under a continuing obligation to notify the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge, in writing, within 10 business days, of any change of address, telephone number, or qualifying or professional status. Failure to notify the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge of any such change may result in the name of the organization or attorney being removed from the list. See 8 C.F.R. § 1003.64(e).
