The National Archives at Riverside

The National Archives and Records Administration in Riverside houses both the Federal Records Center and the National Archives.

National Archives

We hold historically valuable materials created and collected by Federal agencies and courts in Arizona, southern California, and Clark County, Nevada. These records constitute a major resource for the study of Native American history, Naval history, westward migration, Asian immigration, civil rights, and other subjects.

We are located in Perris, California, 50 miles east of Los Angeles and 80 miles north of San Diego.

From San Diego:

Take CA-163 North toward Escondido
Merge into I-15 North
Take I-215 North toward Riverside/San Bernardino
Take the Cajalco Expressway exit westbound
Left on Harvill Ave.
Right on Cajalco Road to end of street

From Los Angeles:

Take US-101 South to CA 60
Take CA 60 East toward Pomona
Take I-215 South toward San Diego
Take the Cajalco Expressway exit westbound
