Army Reserve Casting Call Opportunities 
 
The Army Reserve is constantly looking for outstanding Soldiers to feature in new print and video recruiting ads, media tours, and press releases for internal and external projects.  These products bring to life the successful and diverse careers of Army Reserve Soldiers and highlight their stories for prospects and influencers. The intent is to increase awareness of the many options available to Soldiers and the benefits of serving.
 
The advertisements may include video and print versions of face-to-face interviews and will cover aspects of your civilian, military, and personal life. If you think you have what it takes, we want to hear from you.
2012 I’ve Got Skills Army Reserve Project:
The Army Reserve I’ve Got Skills project will compare technical career fields between the military and civilian sectors. We are looking for Army Reserve officers or enlisted soldiers in one of the following career fields:
• Aviation
• Engineering
• Logistics/Transportation
• Military Information Support Operations
• Medical/Nursing
• Civil Affairs
• Signal
The advertisements will include video and print versions of face-to-face interviews and will cover aspects of your civilian, military, and personal life.
 
What We Need:
• Army Reserve Enlisted Soldiers E4 to E6 and Officers O1 to O4
• Between 22 and 30 years old
• Employed in the civilian sector
• In school or a college graduate
• Well-spoken, confident, and have a positive attitude
• Meet height and weight standards and passed a record APFT within 6 months
• At least one-year remaining on your service obligation or plan to reenlist
• No negative administrative actions

The advertisements may include video and print versions of face-to-face interviews and will cover aspects of your civilian, military, and personal life. If you think you have what it takes, we want to hear from you.
 What We Need:
• Army Reserve Enlisted Soldiers E4 to E6 and Officers O1 to O4
• Between 18 and 30 years old
• Prefer deployed to OIF, OEF, or OND
• Employed in the civilian sector (not DoD)
• Well-spoken, confident, and have a positive attitude
• Meet height and weight standards
• At least one-year remaining on your service obligation or plan to reenlist
• No negative administrative actions
* Selection criteria will change based on current Army Reserve recruiting priorities including MOS, rank, age, and education needs.
