Soldiers have a pay chain of command - a series of unit administrative and finance personnel at each level of the unit chain of command. When those experts are unable to solve issues, the USARC Pay and Policy Operations team is available to help. 
 
Reserve Pay
Do you know what differences there are in pay for reservists?  The Reserve pay process varies by population. There are a few basic principles to help you better understand how the pay process works for each Reserve category.
