	•	The NIH Intramural Data Base (NIDB) search engine is a powerful tool that makes intramural research information accessible to the NIH community, extramural collaborators, and the public.
	•	NIH Enterprise Directory (NED) improvements enable people to view all and update some of their own information online.
	•	The NIH Parking Office is now using a new system—Parking and Transhare System (PARTS)—that shortens processing time on parking and transhare requests.
	•	The NIH Computer Center now has only one OS/390 system. T
	•	NBS Management Center Help Desk is available to help users resolve problems.
