Letter to EPA on Good Samaritans
Today, U.S. Senators Mark Udall and Michael Bennet, along with Chair of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee Senator Barbara Boxer of California, sent a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson asking her to clarify the EPA’s ability to facilitate Good Samaritan cleanups of abandoned hardrock mines.
