Governance Model
The governance model is a tiered structure of management including the:- Acquisition Committee for E-Gov (ACE), an executive steering committee under the Chief Acquisition Officers Council that provides strategy, vision, scope and resources;
- Program Management Office (PMO), which executes and manages the operations;
- Project Managers that execute the development, operations and maintenance of the IAE shared services; and
- Change Control Board (CCB) that approves and prioritizes enhancements across shared services under the auspices of the Configuration Management Plan.
