FAQs about the HRSA Information Center's (IC's) Live Help Service

Is there really a person on the other end?

Who are the people on the other end?

They are Information Specialists with knowledge of HRSA information, publications, Web sites, and other HRSA resources.

What kind of information is available through HRSA IC's Live Help service?

HRSA IC Information Specialists can provide topical information about HRSA publications and organizations.

Do the people on the other end know who I am?

The HRSA IC Information Specialists will only know the information you provide. You are asked to enter your name and e-mail address when requesting a chat, but Information Specialists have no way of getting any other personally identifiable information. Because information sent over the Internet may not be secure, you should not provide any information which can be used to trace or distinguish your identity.

People using other browsers (such as Mozilla, Enigma, or Safari) or a lower version of Internet Explorer or Netscape may not be able to use this service.
