Division of Education Outreach
Mission: The Division provides national training, program coordination, technical support, and distance learning for conservation professionals.
Vision: A catalyst for inspiring conservation excellence through education, outreach, and partnerships.
Division Structure --The Division consists of the Branch of Career Awareness, the Branch of Professional Development, and the Branch of Interagency Coordination in Arlington. All staff conduct training and program support activities, under the coordination of the appropriate Branch and Division Chief.
Career Awareness Toolkit
The Career Awareness Toolkit (CAT) is designed for U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service staff, regardless of their outreach experience, to quickly grab a few resources and put together a presentation about conservation careers that will spark inquisitive excitement in young people—from elementary to college. New Nature Explore Classroom Video is Live
A new video on the Nature Explore classroom, built at the Children's Tree House Child Development Center on the campus of the National Conservation Training Center (NCTC), is live.
