National Postal Forum (NPF)
The National Postal Forum (NPF) provides a venue to build relationships and educate mailers about USPS products and services that can be used effectively in the ever-changing marketplace. It is the largest tradeshow of its kind focused on education, networking, and advances in technology affecting the mailing industry.

Postal Customer Council™ (PCC™)
The PCC is a network of business mailers and Postal Service representatives who gather regularly to discuss and resolve local mailing issues as well as develop content-rich education programs. On both the national and local levels, PCCs work to continually improve communications between the Postal Service and its customers by promoting an effective networking platform.

United States Postal Inspection Service
The mission of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service is to support and protect the U.S. Postal Service and its employees, infrastructure, and customers; enforce the laws that defend the nation’s mail system from illegal or dangerous use; and ensure public trust in the mail.

Remittance Mail Advisory Committee (RMAC)
The RMAC is an organization comprised of remittance industry and Postal Service representatives who work collaboratively to provide recommendations for improving mail processing, performance, consistency, and for meeting emerging needs in the remittance industry.

PostalOne!®
The PostalOne! system offers a web-based alternative to existing manual mailing processes with an electronic suite of services designed exclusively for business mailers. It is an information management system that sets the foundation for a seamless acceptance mailing process. The system provides an electronic linkage between a customer’s mailing information and Postal Service business mail acceptance and induction processes. This collaboration will give customers a streamlined process for mail entry, payment, tracking, and reporting.
