EF/FRS Logo EZ Query

Facility and Geographic Locational Reference Information EZ Query This query allows you select key data elements from EPA's Facility Registry System and Locational Reference Database to build a tabular report or a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file for downloading.

There are 3 steps to follow to generate a query:

  1. First, select one view of interest from the list below.
  2. Select columns (data elements or fields) from the selected view.
  3. Enter your search criteria to target specific records from the database.
The EZ Query User's Guide will provide you with detailed information on how to use the EZ Query.

Step 1: Start by selecting one view to be the focus of your query.

 

Facility Information
EPA Facility Information Program System Identifiers, Name, Address and other information about the facility.
Facility SIC Codes Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Codes for EPA Facilities
Facility NAICS Codes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for EPA Facilities
ZIP Code Reference Comprehensive list of ZIP Codes and the city, county, and Post Office names associated with those ZIP Codes, as provided by the United States Postal Service City State Product File.

Geographic Locational Reference Information
EPA Facility Latitude and Longitude Information EPA Facility Latitude and Longitude information along with Method, Accuracy, and Descriptions of the coordinates. "Default Mapping Coordinates" are provided for each facility listed and are labeled "Default Mapping Longitude" and "Default Mapping Latitude". The EPA program system record that contributed the "Default Mapping Coordinates" is identified by the "Default Map Flag" (BVFLAG) ='Y'.
EPA Facility Latitude and Longitude Information Categorized by SIC CODE EPA Facility Latitude and Longitude information categorized by the facility's Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code. Since a facility can be categorized by more than one SIC Code, the facility, latitude, and longitude information will be repeated for each SIC Code.
EPA Facility Latitude and Longitude Information Categorized by NAICS CODE EPA Facility Latitude and Longitude information categorized by the facility's North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code. Since a facility can be categorized by more than one NAICS Code, the facility, latitude, and longitude information will be repeated for each NAICS Code.
Facility, Site, and Operable Unit Location Information Locational information for the EPA facility, site, or operable unit along with Method, Accuracy, and Descriptions.
