Quick Access Reports

These tools provide quick access to summary data, and are intended to answer the most commonly-asked questions. If you need more detail, or you want to limit the scope of the data to a smaller selection (e.g. a single State or county, or a particular group of health center types) please use the Data Exploration tools.

Except as noted for individual cases, all of the reports are available in formats best suited for on-screen viewing (HTML), printing and emailing (PDF), or accessibility (CSV). Select the format that best meets your needs.

About Congressional District Boundaries:
On January 3, 2013, the 113th Congress began its session. The Census Bureau released the geographies for the new districts on January 7, 2013. The HDW is updating its reference data with the new geographies. In the interim, HDW will use the 112th Congressional District boundaries, which may affect geoprocessing assignments. Read more >>
