Capitol Police Capitol Police respond to over 10,000 calls for assistance each year at state public facilities, including courts and office buildings.   E911 Delaware E911 is to protect and enhance public safety and health by facilitating the operation and maintenance of efficient state-of-the-art Enhanced 911 services in the State of Delaware.

State Council for Persons with Disabilities State Council for Persons with Disabilities mission is to unite, in one Council, disability advocates and State agency policy makers to ensure that individuals with disabilities are empowered to become fully integrated within the community.   Developmental Disabilities Council Developmental Disabilities Council Working to ensure that people with developmental disabilities enjoy the same quality of life as the rest of society.
