The Division of Professional Regulation provides administrative and investigative support for 35 boards and commissions that regulate 53 professions, trades, and events.

This website provides comprehensive information about licensure for each profession, trade and event that the Division regulates. New Legislation: House Bill 238, as amended, simplifies the process for a military spouse to reinstate a Delaware professional license or to apply for a provisional license to practice for up to six months while his or her license application is pending (29 Del. C. §8735 (q) and (r)). For information on qualifying for reinstated or provisional licensure as a military spouse, click Professional License Services for Military Personnel.
