Services

There are currently nine systems which facilitates all phases of the federal acquisition lifecycle for buyers, sellers, and the public. For more information on the specific services, click on the links.

  1. Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) is the required point of registration for vendors wishing to do business with the government.  It collects Electronic Funds Transfer(EFT), business lines, and socio-economic data. CCR has also been expanded to the grantee community.
  1. Federal Agency Registration (FedReg) (www.bpn.gov/far) is the single point of agency buyers/seller information for intra-governmental transfers.  It is the federal agencies “yellow pages” and contains information about federal entities that buy and sell from other federal entities. CCR validates new CCR registration with existing FedReg records.
  1. Excluded Parties List System (www.epls.gov) identifies parties excluded from receiving federal contracts and certain subcontracts, as well as individuals excluded from certain types of federal financial and non-financial assistance, including benefits.
  1. Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (www.esrs.gov) facilitates reporting of accomplishments toward subcontracting goals.  This includes semi-annual Individual Subcontracting Reports (ISRs), annual Summary Subcontracting Reports(SSRs) from contractors and FFATA reporting.
  1. FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) is the single government point-of-entry for solicitations of any dollar amount and for required synopsis over $25,000, allowing commercial business suppliers and government buyers to post, search, monitor, and retrieve opportunities in federal government markets.  FBO now includes the functionality of the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) which allows agencies to securely disseminate sensitive acquisition-related technical data for solicitations to approved business partners.
  1. Federal Procurement Data System (https://www.fpds.gov) provides public access to data on all federal contract actions over $3,000.  FPDS identifies who bought what, from whom, for how much, when and where.  It also provides standard reports and allows users to run ad hoc reports.
  1. Online Representations and Certifications Application (www.bpn.gov/orca) allows vendors to enter representations and certifications ONCE for use on all federal contracts.
  1. Wage Determinations On-line (www.wdol.gov) makes Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act wage determinations easily accessible by the contracting community
  1. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (www.ppirs.gov) provides timely access to past performance information.
