Subject: Limit of VTrckS users and who will have access

Q: Is there any limit to the number of VTrckS users at each grantee location?  Will grantee field staff have the ability to view/edit information in VTrckS?

A: Yes, there is a limit. CDC will determine optimal number of licenses for each grantee as implementation commences.

Subject: Personnel responsibilities within grantee office

Q:  Will the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team look at the paperwork generated during the grant process that outlines the personnel responsibilities within the grantee office?

A: Yes, we will be looking at these grants as input to defining the roles within the grantee office.

Subject: Provider roles in VTrckS

Q: Will providers be assigned multiple roles in VTrckS?

A: No, only one role will be created for providers and will encompass all functions needed at the provider location (order entry, accountability data entry, etc.).

Subject: Standard roles for grantees

Q: Is there a standard set of VTrckS roles that all grantees will use?

A: Yes. We are developing a standard set of roles, and all grantees will map each individual staff person to the roles needed to perform their duties.

Subject: Add or change user's role

Q: If we need to add a person or change a VTrckS user’s role(s), how will we be able to do this?

A: To request that the individual user’s security profile be added/changed, grantees should submit a VTrckS User Access Form via email to the Vaccine Order Management Contact Center at vaccineordermgmt@cdc.gov.
